InsightSQC is an online statistical package built specifically for the fuel and bio-fuel community, providing comprehensive quality control analytics, and control charting. InsightSQC implements all of the calculations, testing, and charting outlined in ASTM D6299, as well as all of the calculations and comparisons required by USEPA under the streamlined Regulation of Fuels, Fuel Additives, and Regulated Blendstocks found in 40 CFR Part 1090. InsightSQC was developed in partnership and is distributed by ASTM.

Run an internal inter-laboratory cross-check program (ILCP) or track your results in an external ILCP with FuelSQC’s ILCP application. External ILCP participants can ingest, plot and trend their test results so that they can identify emerging biases early and take corrective action to stay on track. Managers can use the application to track contract lab ILCP participation and determine best value when selecting a vendor. For larger companies that want to run an internal ILCP, FuelSQC’s application provides an end-to-end ILCP capabilities consistent with D7273, including tracking, reporting and compliance.

The Compliance Reporting Toolkit (CRT) helps fuel manufacturers and distributors comply with 40 CFR Part 1090 regulations for fuels, fuel additives, and regulated blendstocks. It automates the generation of forms and reports required by EPA (i.e., RFG030X). The tool kit allows users to qualify and document the accuracy and precision of their testing methods for measuring various fuel parameters (e.g., sulfur, benzene, RVP, oxygenates). The Compliance Reporting Toolkit works hand-in-hand with attestation consultants and is fully integrated with FuelSQC’s Attest tool kit.

We all know that attest season is always a time crunch. FuelSQC’s Attest Toolkit ingests batch volume and analytical data, randomly samples and flags batch data for attestation, reproduces client calculations to ensure accuracy, and produces attestation documentation for both the parent company and each participating facility in the attestation. This product works hand in hand with FuelSQC’s Compliance Toolkit.

The RINs Tracker from FuelSQC is a ledger and scenario player for all the RFS program. With the ledger feature, track your contracted and executed RIN purchases. Use that data to play out different scenarios with the volume of each RIN you’ll need to meet your volume obligations. This improves RINs bank transaction efficiency.
