Lessons Learned from 150 Labs

FuelSQC is excited to announce that we have reached 150 installations across the U.S. We love supporting labs all over the country. Along the way, we’ve learned some great lessons.

Every lab is different. Circumstances, people, products, instruments, and procedures all vary. You have to honor what has already been built and is successful; augmenting process with efficiency, but not overturning the whole applecart.

Every lab is the same. With every customer that we bring online, we see the efficiency gains and peace of mind that comes with a trusted cloud-based system. But the most exciting thing that happens with each installation is the speed of the feedback loop on quality and seeing how it improves processes within the first week (not to mention the peace of mind!). It’s amazing to watch every time! The dedicated professionals at each lab find the information at their fingertips is transformative.
